As a contemplative and philosophical writer, I am always challenged with how much of myself to pour on the page. Writing about oneself seems terribly self-indulgent.
But I often find I relate deeply to others when I see myself in their stories and shares.
So why do I fear taking up space on the page if sharing from personal and direct experience is what connects writer and reader?
